bulletThe Tournament will be played June 28-29th.  Each age group will have an easy one-day format with game being played either on Saturday or Sunday (the actual day will be determined by the preference of the majority of the group).
bulletAll games will be played on the Penn State University Campus.  The fields are located at the flower gardens at the intersection of Park and University.  
bulletAll teams affiliated with the United States Soccer Federation are invited.  This includes all US Club Soccer, US Youth Soccer, AYSO, and SAY teams.  Age groups: U9 thru U19 both male and female.
bulletAll teams are guaranteed a minimum of four games.
bulletParticipation awards will be given to all U9 and U10 teams, 1st and 2nd place awards will be given to finalists in the U11 and older age groups.
bulletThe tournament is a "patch-exchange" tournament.
bulletThe registration fee is $340
bulletMaximum roster size is 13 players.  Each team is allowed up to eight guest players.
bulletAll games will be officiated by one certified USSF official.
bulletAll proceeds from the Penn State Tournament will benefit The Centre County United Way.
bulletNo Offsides.
bulletKeeper cannot punt or drop kick the ball past midfield.
bulletNormal sized goals by age group.
bulletReduced size fields of approximately 45 x 70 yds and 35 x 50 yds for U9/U10.

Details for Application:
bulletAll applications will be handled online and will begin in January and will conclude on May 2nd.  Registered teams will be selected by the Tournament Committee and will be "invited" by May 16th.  Registering your team, does not constitute an automatic acceptance into the Kicks 4 Kids tournament.
bulletAll teams are required to bring a copy of their state-approved roster to the tournament.
bulletAll out of state teams are required to follow their states regulations regarding travel.  If your state requires a permission to travel document, it is your responsibility to obtain the proper signatures.
bulletEach player must have a signed medical release form in order to participate.
bulletAll teams withdrawing from the tournament after registering will forfeit a $50 non-refundable application processing fee.  Teams withdrawing after their invitation/acceptance may forfeit up to 100% of their registration fee.
bulletAll teams are responsible for their own insurance. Any accidents or events, whether occurring while traveling to or from the tournament or while participating in the tournament are not the responsibility of the tournament directors, committee, personnel, representatives, or any associated organization of the tournament.
