Team Managers,

Sponsor hotels are a critical part of our fundraising effort.  For each room booked at a sponsor hotel we receive a few dollars that goes toward our cause.  By staying at these hotels you are helping us raise money, please strongly consider staying at one of these properties.

Besides knowing that you are helping financially, below are some more benefits of staying at a sponsor hotel:  

1. Upon check-in each room will get a free tournament program

2. On Saturday night at 9pm your Sunday game times will be faxed to the front desk.  This will allow you to enjoy your day in Hershey without running back to the soccer fields to check game results.

Your initial contact to a sponsor hotels needs to be through this website in order to ensure you are getting the group rate.  To see a map of the sponsor hotel locations relative to the soccer fields, click the "Hotel Map" link to the left.

Use the "contact" link to the left of each hotel to complete an online form.  The hotel will contact you within 24 business hours.

Please do not submit requests to multiple hotels at the same time.
