Online Registration Begins
All registrations will be processed online.  Registration fees need to be paid when registering (Visa or MasterCard, credit or debit)

Registration Deadline
Last day to register for the tournament.  Note: Registration will only stay open until all spaces are filled.  Registration for certain age groups may close earlier than this date. 

Team Acceptance Notification
Accepted teams will be announced no later than this day.  We will attempt to notify teams earlier than this date, if the groups are completed.

Schedule Request Due
All special request for game times are due at this time via e-mail.  The email address will be posted after Team Acceptance Notification.

Online Roster Submission Deadline
All accepted teams are required to submit a roster via the web site.  Roster submission will be available on April 17th (team acceptance notification).  Original state-approved roster is required at registration for verification only

T-Shirt Pre-Order Due
The T-shirt pre-order form that will be included in the acceptance packet is due.  This form will be mailed with a check.

Final Schedules Announced
Final schedules will be distributed and posted on the web

Mandatory Coaches’ Registration Meeting
Meeting will be held at the Hershey Lodge & Convention Center.  If the coach cannot attend, a team manager or parent is acceptable.  Each team must be represented.   Boys teams will register anytime between 6:30 and 7:30 PM.  Girls teams will register anytime between 7:30 and 8:30 PM.  In addition to the registration, there will be a 15 minute presentation that repeats every 20 minutes.  Remember to bring: An original state-approved roster, player passes, and medical release forms.
