All registrations will be processed online.
Registration fees need to be paid when registering (Visa or MasterCard, credit
or debit)

Registration for certain age groups may close earlier than this date.
Team Acceptance Notification
Accepted teams will be announced no later than this
day. We will attempt to notify teams earlier than this date, if the groups
are completed.

Mandatory Coaches’ Sign-In
Check-in
begins 2 hours before your first game. Each team is required to have their coach or team contact
in attend. Please bring an original state-approved roster, player
passes, medical forms.
